The Suzuki Swift Sport is back, better than ever!

The iconic Suzuki Swift Sport has returned to Malaysia, much to the delight of hot-hatch fans. The premiere of the Swift Sport signifies the first formal launch of new-generation Suzuki cars in Malaysia under its new distributor, Naza Eastern Motors Sdn Bhd. The Japan-imported car is equipped with a 1.4L Boosterjet engine linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifter, which produces 140hp/230Nm of torque from 2,500rpm. The new generation Heartech platform underpins the car, ensuring greater collision safety through enhanced underbody rigidity while rewarding drivers with a nippy and adrenaline-pumping performance thanks to its excellent torque-to-weight ratio. The car retains the famous form of its predecessor on the outside, but now features a huge honeycomb grille with a carbon fibre finish skirting around it.

The Swift Sport’s LED projector headlamps, framed by distinctive daytime running lights, shine brightly on the road.  Its dynamic silhouette is enhanced by invisible pillars and stealth rear door handles, which give the car a floating roof and coupe look. Front passengers are greeted by a supportive semi bucket seats with the “Sport” emblem embossed in the seats as they enter the cabin. Despite its compact proportions, the car’s interior rewards rear passengers with plenty of headroom and legroom. The Suzuki Swift Sport features a sporty flat bottom steering wheel with multi-function buttons for controlling the information shown on the instrument cluster and audio. The in-car entertainment is handled by a 7-inch touchscreen multimedia system that supports Apple CarPlay. Champion Yellow, Pearl Pure White, Speedy Blue Metallic and Burning Red Pearl Metallic are the four colours available for the Suzuki Swift Sport.
