Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana”) teamed up with its subsidiary Tropicana Gardens Mall to announce the extension of its Multi-Million Mania campaign till 17 June 2022 due to overwhelming requests and response. The campaign has drawn hundreds of participating property seekers and shoppers keen on winning millions in prizes and vouchers, as well as the Grand Prize of an Edelweiss Small Office Flexible Office (SOFO) unit at Tropicana Gardens in Tropicana Indah.

Multi-Million Mania is timely with surging retail footfall and increased property seeker sentiment as economic sectors rebound. Joanne Lee, Senior Managing Director, Marketing & Sales of Tropicana elaborated on the Group’s goals for the campaign, and its broader strategy in the new norm.

“Malaysia is on the recovery track. Residential property transactions are up 3.9% and 16.7% in volume and value1, and shoppers are more eager than ever to shop and dine out again. Tropicana introduced Multi-Million Mania as a way of giving back to our property purchasers and retail customers, as a timely measure in line with this demand. Together with our Power Up campaign, Multi-Million Mania has received gratifying response, with total bookings received of more than RM459 million. Synergising the Group’s engagement efforts across our property and retail divisions, Multi-Million Mania underscores the Group’s continuing commitment to Redefining the Art of Living in all we do,” she said.

Launched in January 2022, Multi-Million Mania entitles property seekers to 10 entries in its exciting live Grand Draw for every purchase of any Tropicana properties during the campaign period. The Grand Draw will be held at Tropicana Gardens Mall on 6 July 2022.


Tropicana Extends Multi-Million Mania Campaign

Multi-Million Mania extends to Tropicana Gardens Mall shoppers as well, who are eligible for daily prizes as well the Grand Draw. Each purchase of RM100 and more in up to two receipts every day from selected outlets entitles shoppers to a token and one stamp on an entry card for the Grand Draw. Each token allows participation in a draw for vouchers issued by selected outlets, while 10 stamps on an entry card entitle participants to one entry in the Grand Draw.

As the Grand Prize, a unit at Edelweiss SOFO offers a contemporary office space befitting its affluent surroundings. It is part of the 17.6 acres Tropicana Gardens integrated development, offering 397 SOFO units with built-ups up to 858 sq ft. Edelweiss SOFO features open, flexible layouts which can be easily transformed into a beauty or day care centre, art studio and more.

Co-located with Edelweiss SOFO at Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Gardens Mall is a one million square foot retail landmark with seven floors and more than 160 stores.
