1. CHICKEN KATSU CURRY 

This Japanese dish features a thick and creamy curry sauce made with soft potatoes and carrots. Crisp and tender chicken cutlets lay on top of a bed of rice, complemented by a side of sliced chillies. Comfort food at its best.

2. KOREAN GRILLED BEEF  

This traditional Korean dish consists of grilled marinated sliced beef served with a variety of accompaniments. The side dishes include mixed vegetables, Chinese cabbage, kimchi, sesame seed, sesame oil, garlic, onions, bean sprouts, pumpkin, and more.

3. SLOW-BRAISED BEEF BRISKET AND TENDON WITH CHEF’S SPECIAL BROWN SAUCE 

Cooked carefully, this beef brisket and tendon dish gives a melt-in-your-mouth sensation. The beef and tendon combo is tender and moist, and it’s enhanced by the chef’s special brown sauce as well as other accompaniments like spices and vegetables. Available only in May and June.


4 SPICY WOK-FRIED TIGER PRAWNS WITH GLASS NOODLES

This is a delicious dish that is bursting with flavour. The sweetness of the tiger prawns adds a unique flavour to the dish’s overall spiciness. What can we say, it’s a hearty dish that’s sure to please. Available only in May and June.

5. CANTONESE KING PRAWN HONG KONG STYLE WANTON NOODLES

This hearty dish is the best there is. The large king prawn is tasty and fresh, and the Hong Kong mustard, carrots, and ginger complement it. Pour some of the thick, clear prawn soup into the dish for more flavour.

6. SQUID INK FETTUCINE 

This homemade squid ink pasta is served in a garlic sauce with squid, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. The flavours surge in your mouth, accented with a sense of warmth and earthiness from the garlic sauce.


7. PIZZA CON MANZO

Premium Australian minced beef, mozzarella cheese, thinly-sliced red onions, and cherry tomatoes are the toppings for this pizza. It contains everything you could ever want on a pizza. Plus, the crust has just the right balance of crisp and chewy.

8. EGG WHITE OMELETTE

Begin your day on a healthy note with this nutritious breakfast meal. It consists of an omelette made with egg whites, grilled vegetables, and guacamole. A homemade tomato sauce lends extra flavour.


9. BBQ CHICKEN BURGER

This barbecue-glazed pan-fried chicken 

patty is topped with a fried egg, pineapple, cheese, and lettuce. Tomato salsa, cheese sauce, and french fries are among the side dishes. This is a must-try burger. Available only in May and June.


10. ALFREDO PAPPARDELLE WITH GRILLED CHICKEN

You’ll be hooked on this dish since the alfredo sauce is so creamy and cheesy! The richness of the sauce is absorbed by the pappardelle pasta, and the grilled marinated chicken breast makes this meal filling and protein-rich. Available only in May and June.


11. GRILLED LAMB SHANK

This grilled lamb shank is unlike any other, with a combination of Asian and Western flavours. It comes with steamed white rice, banana bud salad, water celery, toasted coconut shavings, fish crackers, and asam sauce. The well-balanced combination results in a really filling meal. Available only in May and June.


12. GRILLED BEEF RIBS

Typical Asian appetisers such as banana bud salad, steamed white rice, water celery, toasted coconut shavings, fish crackers, and asam sauce are served with this grilled beef ribs. This is a dish that everyone should try. Available only in May and June.
