Tropicana Golf & Country Resort’s Selera Muhibbah buka puasa buffet is back and better than ever, with over 300 dishes to choose from over 26 stalls!

Each year, Muslims and non-Muslims alike look forward to the buka puasa buffet at The Palm Coffee House in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, which offers a vast selection of dishes and beverages to please even the most discerning palates.

Among the top favourites are Roasted Whole Lamb, Gulai Kawah (beef cooked in curry-based gravy in a large wok), Ox Bone Soup, Stir-fried Vegetables prepared on the spot as you order, Apam Balik (peanut pancake), Teh Tarik (frothy milk tea) and many more.

This year, expect some new mouthwatering treats such as Kulit Lembu Masak Lemak Cili Padi (soft inner skin of a cow cooked in a hearty coconut gravy enhanced with bird’s eye chillies), and Tandoori Chicken cooked over charcoal fire in a clay oven, which gives the chicken a smokey flavour and keeps it juicy.

The Ikan Tenggiri (mackerel) Singgang Utara, a spicy and sour fish soup enriched with tamarind peels, lemongrass, red chillies, galangal, and other appetising ingredients, is not to be missed.

Then there is the ever-popular Mutton Rendang, an aromatic and spicy dish of tender mutton slow-cooked in coconut milk, herbs and spices, which pairs nicely with hot, fluffy rice.
