1. HAWAIIAN PIZZA This pizza has the right balance of sweet and savoury, thanks to the combination of salty cheese and meat strips, as well as juicy pineapple, all on top of a perfectly crisp crust.

2. KOREAN FARE Neat’s tongue is the star of this exotic and hearty Korean cuisine, which also includes a variety of tasty bites such as kimchi and brinjals, as well as appetising sauces. A sweet pumpkin dessert rounds out the meal.

3. TAI KABUTO NABE Fish head, assorted vegetables, mushrooms, and bean curd served in a hot, flavorful broth are all that is required to soothe the soul and satisfy the appetite.

4. STEAMED GIANT GROUPER Black fungus and enoki mushrooms complement the exquisite taste of this steamed grouper, which has a mild, sweet flavour and huge, chunky flakes, almost like lobster or crab. Only available in September and October.

5. PAN-SEARED KING PRAWNS WITH CHEF’S SPECIAL SAUCE These pan-seared king prawns are already incredibly sweet and juicy, but the addition of a special sauce created by the chef that has a taste that is both sweet and spicy makes them much more delicious. Only available in September and October.

6. BAMBOO BIRYANI Long-grain rice cooked with spices to perfection, and served with either lamb shank or spring chicken, along with vegetable dalca, tomato chutney, cucumber raita, fried bitter gourd, poppadom, and plain soup as side dishes. Only available in September and October in celebration of Diwali.

7. FISH HEAD NOODLE SOUP This popular Oriental dish is a satisfying combination of slurpy milky broth, sliced tomatoes, pickled veggies, spring onions, and deep-fried snapper.

8. CANTONESE “JUMBO PRAWN” HONG KONG STYLE This is undeniably a bowl of goodness, as it features a large fresh water prawn, vegetables, and wok-fried crispy wanton noodles, all of which are soaked in a thick and tasty soup.

9. PESTO CARBONARA EMULSION This rich and delicious Italian meal features pasta, beef, and mushrooms in a creamy basil sauce. It is enhanced by the gritty texture and fruity and nutty flavour of parmesan cheese

10. PHRIK MANAW KRATHEIYUM This dish has a delightfully delicious flavour that is brought out by the distinct sweetness of steamed tiger prawns, and the spicy taste of garlic, combined with lime and chilli, which will leave you wanting more!

TGCR BIG BREAKFAST Start your day with this hearty breakfast featuring your choice of a sunny-side-up, omelette, or scrambled egg, with ingredient options like chicken toast, beef streaky, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, or tomatoes, and sides such as hash brown, beef streaky, grilled jumbo chicken sausage, sauteed mushrooms, muffin, and baked beans.
