TROPICANA Corporation Bhd's The Residences is its most ambitious development to date and it was launched simultaneously across six countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, China (Chengdu and Shanghai), Indonesia and Hong Kong. Situated above W Hotel, a luxury hotel chain owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, The Residences is one of ihe last few parcels of premium freehold land in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's central business district.

The 55-storey development consists of 353 units of luxurious, fully furnished serviced residences and occupies the 25th to 53rd floors of the building, sharing spaces with W Hotel below. The Residences feature a host of modern facilities like a saltwater infinity pool, a forest-themed lounge and first-of-its-kind aqua gym. The iconic landmark also comes with a concierge service and offers optional housekeeping services and an innovative home-care programme which includes a home monitoring system, personalised renovations and regular cleanliness inspection. The Residences has been categorised as a green building with resource and energy efficient features in daily operations like powering lifts and other utilities. Designed by architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the development is expected to be completed in 2017.
