Tropicana Builds a 10-Acre International School Campus
PETALING JAYA,—Tropicana Corporation and Tenby International School have signed a partnership agreement on the building of a 10-acre International school campus in Kota Kemuning.
Under this partnership agreement, Tropicana Corporation shall undertake to build a school campus with a built-up area of 225,000 square feet on the 10-acre land that shall accommodate about 1,800 international and local students. The school is expected to have its first intake in 2018.
The international school will cater to students ranging from the age or three to 18 years old, and will offer an international primary curriculum based on the national curriculum for England, offering International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and A-Level programmes.
The partnership between Tropicana Corporation and Tenby International School will be a catalyst in the Tropicana Aman integrated township development plans and developments in Kota Kemuning and Shah Alam. It will also serve to benefit the local community and allow them to enjoy affordable tuition fees and excellent international education.
Tropicana Aman is Tropicana Corporation’s first development in Kota Kemuning. This 863-acre integrated township comprises residential and commercial components and this multi-faceted development will offer accessibility, connectivity, safety, quality and wide open spaces.
Meanwhile, Tropicana Aman will also feature an 85-acre central park with a 7km green jogging and cycling path to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
