Tropicana Heights Phase 2 Maintains Liveliness
Tropicana Corparation offers various exciting features, confident in achieving their sales target of 100% for the project in Semenyih.
Despite the uncertain economy and slow property market, recent real-estate projects continue to maintain liveliness through the various incentives and additional features offered by the developers.
Among them is Tropicana Corporation Bhd, which offers various exciting and unique features for the second phase of Tropicana Heights in Semenyih, Selangor.
Tropicana Project Executive Director Kelvin Choo Yung Yau stated that the success of phase 1 of Tropicana Heights, Fairfield Residences, which recorded a sale of 100%, has led to confidence that the second phase, known as Parkfield Residences, will enjoy a similar success, based on the various exciting features and additions offered compared to the previous phase.
Ready by January 2018
The second phase of the development, which started last March and is expected to be fully completed by January 2018, has currently sold approximately 70% of the properties.
“The second phase offers 327 units of two-storey terraces and 144 units of three-storey detached homes which are larger than those in the first phase, ie between 2,203 sq ft to 3,079 sq ft,” he shared recently, during an interview at the Tropicana Heights property gallery which also serves as a satellite office in Semenyih.
Tropicana Heights covers an area of 79.6 hectares of freehold land full of greenery, where 6.47 hectares has been specially developed into a central park which includes a lake, walking paths, and jogging and cycling tracks.
The whole development of Tropicana Heights will involve six phases with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM2.18 billion.
Seven Kilometres from Kajang
Aside from its location just seven kilometres from Kajang and Semenyih town centre, as well as being surrounded by various retail, dining, entertainment and educational facilities, it is connected to four main highways and is situated near an MRT Station which is under construction.
Yung Yau shares, Tropicana Heights was developed on top of an area formerly known as Kajang Hill Golf Course, and has set aside RM30 million to build the central park and club house as its contribution to the communities in the relevant development.
He adds, Parkfield Residences which covers an area of 19.2 hectares, is located at the highest area of Tropicana Heights, and has its own community park.
“The development of phase two with a GDV of RM5 million also offers a seven percent discount for Bumiputera buyers, as well as one-year membership fees for the club,” he says.
