THE Fair i-City Edition will see a new partnership between i-City and taking off with its maiden launch that is anticipated to give a new spin to the series of property fairs organised by Envisioned as an ideal venue for developers to showcase their latest projects, the much-anticipated event will also give prospective buyers the chance to view the newest offerings in the market while allowing them to also experience and enjoy the latest theme park attractions at Leisure Park@i-City, which draws approximately 90,000 visitors weekly. The Jewel@i-City will comprise a 70-storey tower featuring a luxury hotel, residential units, offices and retail units. Scheduled to be launched in 2016, the development's first residential units are expected to be completed by 2020. Tropicana's showcase The fair will see a selected range of properties being showcased by other developers, including Tropicana Corporation Bhd. Tropicana will showcase its latest Tropicana Metropark mixed-use development situated strategically in the neighbourhood of Subang Jaya, Selangor, offering varied components comprising serviced residences, retail units, business suites, SoHos (Small office Home office), office towers and a shopping mall.
