(Johor) Tropicana Danga Bay Sdn Bhd continues its effort to create ideal homes with a contemporary design in combination with various developments facilities such as education, shopping, entertainment, relaxation, tourism and medical centres.

This project is jointly developed by Dijaya Corporation Bhd and Iskandar Waterfront Sdn Bhd. The luxury condominiums are built within a short distance from Tropicana Danga Bay, and it is just a five-kilometre journey to Johor Bahru city centre.

At the launch ceremony, Mr BP You, General Manager of Tropicana Danga Bay Sdn Bh, said that the Tropez Residences development comprises three blocks of condominiums; two blocks are 38-storey condominiums and another block is a 29-storey condominium.

SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 28 MONTHS
The condominium is valued at RM600 per square foot while the selling price starts from RM400,000. The construction work will begin next month, and it is scheduled to be completed within 28 months.

The promotions offered during the launch ceremony include free lawyer fees, free stamp duty, partial provision of furniture, zero-interest rates and zero-instalment payments during the construction period. Besides that, the first 170 buyers are entitled to a reward of an additional five percent discount. Some 67 units have been sold so far.

He said that the developer of these condominiums will manage the property with high-technology facilities to ensure professionalism of security services. There are high-resolution CCTVs installed within every 35 metres and all visitors are required to go through a series of verification at entrance and exit points.

He said that the condominiums are just part of the project’s first phase. There are five phases of development in total, which will see more integrated development, such as shopping mall, medical centre, international school, four- or five-star hotel and office buildings.

"All the condominium residents will have access to other buildings via a designated sky-bridge. They do not need to step out of the area, thus creating an enjoyable lifestyle."
"There are a total of six phases of development and it will take 10 to 12 years to complete. We foresee that the property price will increase tremendously after the completion of the project."
