Nanyang Siang Pau, 16 August 2011

Dijaya Corp’s Managing Director, when asked about the Iskandar development project, said confidently that, at the moment, Johor Bahru is facing the same situation as Penang did in the past where the price of landed property increased sharply within three to five years.

He quoted the example that the prices of landed property in Penang five years ago were not as high as now.

"Johor Bahru is located in the heart of this special region and it is expected to benefit from the proximity to Singapore. Based on the geographical advantage like Hong Kong and Shenzhen, it is going to be a strong investment which is worth considering."

MD of Dijaya hopes to purchase land early for development.
