n Bukit Mertajam Penang, Dijaya has an integrated mixed component development known as Aston Villa featuring limited units of bungalows, semi-detached houses, terrace homes, shop offices and a commercial mall.

The project, developed by Arah Pelangi Sdn Bhd which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dijaya, has only three bungalow units, making its appeal more desirable.

There are a total of 40 units of semi-dees, 47 link homes and 12 shop offices. Currently, Dijaya is offering attractive packages for the newly released premium units with free legal fees on the sales and purchase agreement.

The properties have great built-up areas with the corner and intermediate units of the 21x66 shop offices offering spaces of 4,700 square feet and 4,580 square feet respectively. The semi-dees have built-up areas of 3,750 square feet each. The terrace homes are also

The 20-acre freehold project is being developed in four phases and comprises a private recreational club, landed properties and serviced residences.

Currently under construction are 266 units of condominiums with built-up ranging from 1,100 square feet to 3,200 square feet. The units, in three 33-storey buildings, are expected to be constructed and handed over to buyers by 2012.

The condominiums have attracted many buyers as all units have unobstructed sea view, making it a priced possession. Buyers will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views as soon as they enter their home. Each floor has four units with two lifts servicing each block. All units also

face north, therefore there is no direct sunlight shining into any of the units. Only limited premium units are available.

The third phase of the project, launching next year, will feature two 35-storey blocks of condominiums comprising 152 units that also have unobstructed sea view. The final phase will feature semi-detached houses and bungalows.
