As a pioneer in resort-style home concepts with a strong track record in residential and commercial developments, Tropicana consistently provide customers with attractive and sustainable developments while extracting high value from the land we develop. 90% of the Group’s revenue is generated by its property development, resort operations and property investment.
Incorporated in 1979, Tropicana Group also successfully manages a realm of businesses that includes property and resort development, property investments, manufacturing and investment holding. These large scale of successful ventures propelled the Group onto the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 1992. Since then, the Company has consistently explored new frontiers with significant growth potential such as retail and office space, hotel and education sectors.
Since the debut of the Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and Tropicana Indah Resort Homes over two decades ago, we established a unique DNA that sets us apart. This DNA focuses on accessibility, connectivity, innovative concepts and designs, generous open spaces, amenities, facilities, multi-tiered security and quality. With emphasis on our customers’ needs, we have been innovating and redefining the art of living through the creation of our integrated developments by incorporating residential and commercial components to create thriving townships that are strategically connected.

Over 23 years ago, we were the first to introduce resort-style living into residential property developments under the name Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. The name Tropicana has since become a signature of Tropicana Group. Many of our subsequent developments proudly carry the Tropicana brand in their names, and the Tropicana DNA in their concepts.
Our new logo mark is derived from the symbiotic relationship with the signature Tropicana brand and leverages this asset. The “T/Tree” mark which has come to be recognised and acknowledged for quality, creativity, innovation and reliability has now become the primary Logomark for the Group. The T-mark is set within a circle to reflect the regional ambitions and footprint of the Group. The new logo mark will create cohesiveness across the corporate brand, subsidiary brands and all product brands.
Our corporate green colour echoes the forests of nature, depicting a constant growth in our corporate endeavours, while at the same time highlighting our responsibilities toward the environment.
