IN April 2013. Tropicana Corporation Bhd launched the Tropicana Catalogue House campaign with great success. It achieved impressive record sales which significantly boosted the Group's revenue for the year ending 2013. Following this milestone, Tropicana is proud to launch its highly anticipated Tropicana Collection campaign.

The new campaign featuring an exciting showcase of property choices will run for six weeks from April 15 to May 31,2014.

Prospective buyers will be introduced to attractive packages during this period. The Tropicana Collection campaign will be a grand showcase of premiering developments in the prime hotspots of the Klang Valley, Penang, Iskandar Malaysia and Kota Kinabalu.

Tropicana Corporation, one of Malaysia's leading developers, is known for its reputation of building quality developments in strategic locations incorporating creative concepts and designs. Likewise, the Tropicana Collection campaign will feature the Group's completed projects and also those which are still under construction. These include landed residential units and high-rise residential properties, contemporary commercial developments as well as modern shop offices.

"Having a strategic presence in Singapore, we can provide better service to our existing and potential customers not only from here, but also those from Hong Kong, Indonesia, China and Australia," said Tropicana group chief executive officer Datuk Yau Kok Seng.

Projects in Penang

The Tropicana Collection campaign will feature developments such as the Tropicana 218 Macalister situated on the famous Macalister Road and also the Tropicana Bay Residences located in Penang WorldCity.

Tropicana 218 Macalister is a luxurious integrated development comprising 200 hotel rooms, 211 units of Neo Suites, 88 units of serviced residences and 20 retail units. The built-up areas of these units range from approximately 378 sq ft tol,312 sq ft

Besides that, the campaign will also feature Tropicana Bay Residences.

The development is the first component of the integrated development of Penang WorldCity, a mega seafront development which is situated in Bayan Mutiara, Bayan Lepas. It is strategically located at the gateway to Penang Island, only two kilometres away from the Penang Bridge and seven kilometres away from the Second Penang Bridge.

The units have a built-up area ranging from approximately 455 sq ft to 1,945 sq ft.

Developments in the Klang Valley In the Klang Valley, featured developments included in the Tropicana Collection campaign are Pandora Serviced Residences and Paloma Serviced Residences in Tropicana Metropark, The highly anticipated Tropicana Collection campaign is back, showcasing some of its exclusive developments nationwide. Subang Jaya as well as Bayberry Serviced Residences in Tropicana Gardens, Kota Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
