PETALING JAYA: A flyover linking Tropicana Corp Bhd's Tropicana Metropark, a RM6.3bil development in Subang Jaya, to the Federal Highway worth RM106mil is slated for completion in 2016.
"The flyover had been conceived as part of our integrated development master plan right from the start. Once the construction is completed, the flyover will not only benefit the residents of Tropicana Metropark, but also those in US] and Subang Jaya," said Tropicana chief executive officer Datuk Yau Kok Seng.
Yau was speaking at the signing ceremony between Tropicana and the flyover's builder, Pembinaan Jemerlang Sdn Bhd yesterday. The construction of the flyover will begin in the second quarter, and when completed, will provide greater connectivity for Tropicana Metropark and its neighbouring areas.
At the event, the developer also unveiled three distinct Paloma Serviced Residences show units, each with its own unique theme.
Tropicana Metropark is an 88-acre integrated development on prime freehold land, comprising townhouses, serviced residences, proposed shopfronts, business suites, small office-home office units, office towers and a shopping mall..
