Chua congratulated the group, saying their experiences would guide young people venturing into business and help build sustainable enterprises.

“Their success stories can also motivate business owners, particularly owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to expand their businesses,” he added.

He also urged the entrepreneurs and businessmen to continue working with the government and provide constructive feedback to develop the nation’s economy.

KLSCCCI president Datuk Ter Leong Yap said the chamber, one of the oldest of such organisations in the country, has always been very active over the past century.

“We organised many seminars, talks and business exhibitions; received foreign trade delegations, conducted dialogues with the government and held charity events, as well as leading trade delegations to other countries,” he added.

He said he hoped that the publication of the series would serve as an inspiration for people, and that many more entrepreneurial dreams would be ignited and flourish for the good of the country.
