THE second phase of Tropi-cana Danga Bay in Johor Bahru received overwhelming response at its official launch last Saturday, with more than 30% of the units already being spoken for in the form of bookings and registered interest.
Dubbed Bora Residences, the new phase offers 396 luxury units within a 42-'Sto-rey tower, which will stand alongside the five other residential towers planned for Tropicana Danga Bay.
Already, the first phase of the development, Tropez Residences, has tasted success with only 10% of its units left for the taking.
According to developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd, the latest offering comes with units that range between 694sq ft and 3,443sq ft, with a wide range of floor plans to choose from -including one-bedroom duplexes with double-volume ceiling height. The extensive choice of lavouts are designed to cater to a wide range of market segments.
Priced from RM750,000, buyers can look forward to features such as seamless integration with retail components, dual key access for security, bay windows and balconies, and panoramic seafront views.
The two penthouses located at the highest floor will have the additional feature of a private swimming pool.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM480 million. Bora Residences makes up part of a mixed development that will take shape on 37 acres of freehold land featuring a lush green concept.
Each building within the development is interconnected via sky bridges to create communal spaces for residents to connect with each other as well as offer access to a 5-acre waterfront central park, modern shopping conveniences, alfresco dining and resort facilities.
