Tropicana Collection Campaign recorded 600 million in sales

Tropicana Corporation Berhad has recently launched the Tropicana Collection Campaign, successfully selling more than 576 units, with a record RM600 million ringgit in sales.

Tropicana Group Chief Executive Officer Dato�Yau Kok Seng said that the campaign promoted 18 key property developments in Central, Penang, Iskandar Malaysia and Kota Kinabalu with great design variety; including Bungalow lots, high-rise residential, integrated development plans with comprehensive commercial retail, prices start from RM40,000 and up.

Tropicana Executive Director of Sales and Marketing Pamela Loh pointed out that in the Tropicana Collection Campaign, among the most popular projects was Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Danga Cove, and Tropicana Danga Bay. These accounted for more than 40% of the total sales.

Additionally, Tropicana Corporation Berhad had earlier unveiled its new flagship property gallery at Singapore’s TripleOne Somerset.
